Q: HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: After placing your order, please allow up to 2 business days for our logistics center to process your order. Packaged items will be shipped out as soon as possible! Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number. If you're curious about the whereabouts of your shipment at any time, you can visit our website and check our Order Tracking page for real-time updates. If you haven't received a tracking number or don't see any updates on the order status page after 7 business days, please contact us immediately, and we'll look into the matter further!

 

 

Q: HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

A: UNIQBII sources its products from the USA, Europe, and Asia. For Europe, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 7-12 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A: We at UNIQBII strive to provide the best customer service! If you receive a damaged product, please contact us by email. We'll check if you qualify for a return or exchange. If it's been 14 days since the goods were delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer a return in any form.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any product that has been tampered with or is not in its original condition does not qualify for a return. You'll then need to send us the product for inspection, and the refund will be processed within 3-6 business days from the delivery date. After the inspection is completed, a refund or exchange will be issued.

Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
