Refund Policy
Delayed Orders:
For orders marked as Not Found, In Transit, Pending, or Expired for over 20 days (within Poland) and 60 days (outside of the United States) from the payment date to our store, we provide a full refund or resend.
Cancellations:
Products can be canceled before ordering or upon receipt in the warehouse unless otherwise notified. Once a tracking number is issued, cancellation is not possible. Customers must go through the return process.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving an order, please check it thoroughly. If products are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. For damages, please send photos or videos to support@uniqbii.com to report the issue to the manufacturer. Damages must be reported to the carrier within 7 days of delivery. LTL products (less than truckload shipments) must be inspected before the carrier leaves the delivery location.
Our store operates on a 14-day return policy. Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be considered.
Returns:
To initiate a return, products must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at support@uniqbii.com with the order number, reason for return, and photos or videos for confirmation. Once accepted, we'll provide the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Food, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Discounted products and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to exchange is to return the product, and upon acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new product.
Rejected Deliveries:
Customers refusing deliveries (excluding extensive damages) bear the shipping costs to and from. This also includes the initial shipping costs. The return process cannot be initiated until the product is received by the warehouse.
